100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The item can be returned within 30 days. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the purchase less shipping fees paid. The item must be in unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders unless the return is due to our error.
Please email us at returns@lulubells.com to obtain a return authorization number before sending your item to us. After you receive your return authorization number write it on the outside of your package. We will only accept items with return authorization numbers that are returned within 30 days. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your return as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend that you use the US postal service to return items to us. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped to you, shipping costs will not be refunded.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be added to orders mailed to shipping addresses in NY State only. The sales tax will be calculated based upon the total sale including shipping and gift wrapping charges, if applicable. There is no sales tax charged on orders shipped to states other than New York State.
GIFT BOXES
All items include free gift boxes. Gift wrapping including a gift card is available for an extra charge of $4.00 per order.

Priority Mail - (estimated shipping time 1-3 business days) $7.25 per shipping address. Up to 3 items ordered in one package.
Express Mail - (estimated shipping time 1-2 business days guaranteed by USPS) $20.00 per shipping address. Up to 3 items ordered in one package. This service includes tracking and insurance for up to $100. Delivery is 365 days per year including holiday delivery. A signature is required at delivery.
FedEx Standard Overnight Next Business Day - Inside the continental USA only. (overnight delivery to most US cities by 3PM next business day. Excludes Holiday delivery. Monday through Friday only). $30.00 per shipping address. Up to 3 items ordered in one package. This service includes tracking and insurance of $100. A signature may be required at delivery. Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes or PO Box zip codes. Please indicate your street shipping address when selecting this option. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be charged an additional amount and will not arrive overnight by 3PM next business day. We will contact you regarding exact shipping cost and estimated shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska prior to shipping.
